Experienced Client Success Representative
Who You Might Be
We are a large, established, successful, technology company and are expanding our Client Success Department. We are looking for people with a passion for helping others and a strong Client Success focus. You possess a positive, “can-do” attitude in order to get things done efficiently, and you love to learn new things and seek out opportunities to “leave it better than you found it.”
Your Role
Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, you will be part of a high-achieving and agile team and become a key contributor to our growth. You will work directly with our clients, helping them get the most out of our solutions, and will proactively foster and grow relationships with them.
The Client Success Representative’s ultimate goal will be to maximize customer engagement while providing excellent customer service.

- Manage your portfolio of accounts and become a trusted advisor to our clients
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships with key advocates and decision makers by proactively conducting outbound calls to fully understand their processes and requirements, in order to provide outstanding customer service

- Drive product adoption and maximize customer retention
- Assist with new client on-boarding including training and best practices

- Follow department procedures and processes to achieve operational, productivity and quality objectives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- You have 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Manager or similar role
- You are team-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to work well in a closely-knit team
- You have a track record of taking initiative, being solution-oriented, and getting up to speed on complicated issues quickly
- You have exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- You have strong organizational & time-management skills
- You are interested in technology
- Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office. Proficiency in a CRM solution is an asset
- You have a post-secondary education

SQL Developer
Job Description
eCustoms is growing and looking to add an SQL Database Developer to our team, to work in a software development setting, helping to create and support state-of-the-art business applications.
The Database Developer’s role includes original development, performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting. The individual in this position is responsible to the company development groups for all key database operations.
The Database Developer will in addition evaluate and advise on all technology components, such as software, hardware, and networking capabilities, for database management systems and applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and deploy data table structures, forms, reports, and queries
- Conduct research and make recommendations on database products, services, protocols, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
- Coordinate and work with other technical staff to develop relational databases
- Identify inefficiencies in current databases and investigate solutions
- Diagnose and resolve database access and performance issues
- Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databases
- Development and maintenance of the database stored procedures, views and functions for hosted web applications
- Ensure all database systems meet business and performance requirements
- Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following education, competencies and experience:
- Must have 5+ years working with relational database management systems
- 3+ years working with SQL Server 2012/2014/2016
- Strong SQL and T-SQL skills
- A solid understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) development (including VB.NET) and stored procedures creation
- Well versed with SQL Server best practices
- Familiarity with Visual Studio 2010/2015 is required
- Hands-on SQL-XML programming skills
- XML Extraction and Transformation
- Good in performance tuning especially tuning complex queries, procedure and indexing strategies
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Flexibility and versatility to effectively manage sudden maintenance issues along with lengthy development projects
- .NET knowledge and experience (Nice to have)
Experience
- Developing database projects using SQL Server 2012/2014/2016: 3+ years (Required)
- Experience in developing and updating SSIS and/or DTS packages (Required)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IS or related equivalent work experience in an Information Systems position (Required)

Is there parking?
Yes. We offer complimentary visitor parking at the front of the building, between the moose statue and the front entrance.
Additionally, free parking is included in your employment agreement.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Reception is located on the 1st floor, through the doors on the right (opposite the elevators).
What can I expect during my interview?
To ensure we hire the best candidate, there are generally multiple components to our assessment. Additionally, because we want people who are a good fit for our organization and work culture, you may meet with more than one eCustoms staff member during your interview.
How long should I expect to be there?
Interview length varies anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. To be safe, we recommend that you block off up to two hours. Don’t forget to factor in travel time, which will also vary depending on where you are coming from.
